We use Contact Information to respond to support and warranty requests, communicate with you, cross-reference purchase records, address product issues and provide the services you request.
We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud and to improve and optimise the site, including by understanding how visitors browse and interact with it.
Sharing personal information
We share Personal Information with service providers that help us use it as described above. Warranty registration is handled through Fillout, and support and contact requests are handled through Gorgias. Product purchases linked from this site are completed through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s privacy practices.
We may also share Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information, or otherwise protect our rights.
Behavioural advertising

Do not track
Please note that we do not alter the site’s data collection and use practices when a Do Not Track signal is received from your browser.
